Album "Setting Mail" auf eigenem Label. Der mittlerweile in Hamburg gestrandete Weltenbummler ist mit seinem "Joel Havea Trio" hierzulande live bereits sehr erfolgreich unterwegs. Seine Mitstreiter Leo Lazar (Drums & Vocals) und Arnd Geise (Bass ) hat Havea jetzt auch bei der Produktion des neuen Album fest mit ins Boot genommen. La Tourette. Mit zum Himmel schreiender Dringlichkeit werden sich Tonia Reeh und Rudi Fischerlehner aka La Tourette und ihre Songs bald in die Ohren ihrer Hörer bohren. Im Frühjahr 2017 erscheint das erste Gemeinschaftswerk des Berliner Duos auf dem Label Solaris Empire. Tonia Reeh, Sängerin und Pianistin, ist bereits durch zahlreiche Band- und Solo-Projekte bekannt. Oft wurde ihr expressiver Gesang und Stil mit Amanda Palmer (Dresden Dolls), PJ Harvey oder Diamanda Galas verglichen. Ihre letzten 2 Alben erschienen auf dem Hamburger Label Clouds Hill. Rudi Fischerlehner, leidenschaftlicher Schlagzeuger, spielt in verschiedenen Bands mit und ist an diversen Filmmusiken beteiligt. Sein unorthodoxes und sensibles Spiel, ist eher im Jazz und in der improvisierten Musik verwurzelt. Als La Tourette entwickeln die beiden Ausnahmekünstler einen unvergleichlich dynamischen Groove, auf dem man vor allem auch live sehr gespannt sein darf.

Ein Werk, dass vom ersten bis zum letzten Song mit großer Leidenschaft über die Liebe, den Schmerz und deren seelische Abgründe erzählt. Manchmal wissen die Songs schon Bescheid, bevor es der Songwriter tut. Bei LPs neuer Platte “Lost On You” war das definitiv der Fall – eine herzergreifende Sammlung von Songs, die auf den seelischen Abgründen der Sängerin beruhen. Ohne sich dessen damals vollkommen bewusst zu sein, hatte sich die geborene New Yorkerin bei den Aufnahmen zum Album mit ihrer bröckelnden Beziehung auseinandergesetzt und gelernt, mit Verlust und Anstrengung umzugehen, bevor sich selbst überhaupt bewusst damit beschäftigte.

„Ich habe mich etwas unbehaglich gefühlt“, erinnert sich LP, die L.A. nun ihre Heimat nennt, „deshalb ergab sich aus dieser ominösen, düsteren Vorahnung so einiges an Material.“

Das Album beginnt mit einer ominösen, rythmisch-scheppernden Kette, die einen tief hineinzieht in den Opener „Muddy Waters“. Dank Co-Autor Josh Record, wird der Song zu einem dunklen, spirituellen Gospelstück voller Trostlosigkeit und Verwirrung, das diese gewisse Angst verkörpert, welche das Ende einer Beziehung prophezeit. Auf dem ansteckenden, sehr atmosphärischen Titeltrack wechselt LP gekonnt zwischen eher unauffälligen Strophen und ausufernden Refrains, zum Beispiel wenn sie in einem melancholischen Moment der Selbstreflexion hinaus schmettert, „Let's raise a glass or two / To all the things I've lost on you". „Death Valley“ hingegen kanalisiert ihre Liebe zum rücksichtslosen Rock’n’Roll und das schleppende, mit Pfiffen verstärkte „Other People“ ist ein boshafter Gruß an die Ex. Dennoch ist nicht alles so bittersüß, wie es scheint. „No Witness“ und „Tightrope“ bewegen sich mit hymnischem Stolz, „Up Against Me“ ist ein zuckerhaltiges Stück Pop und das motivierende „Strange“ verdrängt den Herzschmerz, um freudig und triumphierend die erreichte Selbstakzeptanz und Liebe zu feiern, während LP glückselig singt, „We are all strange / And it ain't never never ever gonna change." Wie zum Beispiel ein neues Album zu produzieren und sich zur gleichen Zeit voll und ganz auf die anstehende Tour vorzubereiten. LUPID machen deutschsprachigen Poprock von nachhaltiger Strahlkraft. Jetzt haben die drei Perfektionisten, die sich aktuell mit ganzer Kraft der Fertigstellung ihres 1. Albums widmen, umdisponiert, da sie ihren Fans unbedingt alle Songs von ihrem neuen Album vorstellen möchten, wenn sie denn schon einmal auf Tour gehen. Die SAG MEINEN NAMEN TOUR wird daher nicht im Dezember 2016, sondern erst im April 2017 stattfinden. Es gibt aber auch schöne News! „Hey ihr Lieben!

Leider müssen wir euch heute mitteilen, dass wir unsere „Sag meinen Namen Tour“ auf nächstes Jahr verschieben. Live zu spielen, mit unseren Songs unterwegs zu sein ist für uns das Größte und wir haben einen hohen Anspruch an unsere Konzerte und die Umsetzung unserer Vorstellungen. Wir haben uns in der letzten Zeit den Kopf zerbrochen, wie wir euch ein Live-Erlebnis realisieren können, das unseren Erwartungen entspricht. Gleichzeitig stecken wir aber auch in der Fertigstellung unseres Albums.

Um beidem gerecht zu werden, sind wir zu dem Schluss gekommen, dass wir erstmal unser Album fertigproduzieren und uns danach genug Zeit zur Vorbereitung der Live-Termine nehmen möchten. Und um die Extra-Zeit gut zu nutzen, haben wir eben mal die Tour ausgeweitet und weitere Termine hinzugenommen. Alle bereits gekauften Tickets behalten ihre Gültigkeit auch für die neuen Termine.

Die Singer-Songwriterin aus L.A. mit italienischen Wurzeln, ist seit Jahren im Musikgeschäft unterwegs. Sie veröffentlichte bereits 3 Alben und stellte als Songwriterin dieses Talent für Stars wie Rihanna, Christina Aguilera, Rita Ora, The Backstreet Boys und viele andere unter Beweis. Nun veröffentlicht sie am 9. Dezember 2016 ihr Album „Lost On You“ . Die gleichnamige Single ist international bereits ein großer Erfolg. LP möchte diesen nun mit der Veröffentlichung ihres Albums bestätigten. Das Album „Lost On You“ ist eine herzergreifende Sammlung von Songs, die auf den seelischen Abgründen LPs beruhen. Ohne sich dem bewusst zu sein, hatte sich die geborene New Yorkerin bei den Aufnahmen zum Album mit ihrer bröckelnden Beziehung auseinandergesetzt und gelernt, mit Verlust und Anstrengung umzugehen. LP wechselt im Song gekonnt zwischen eher unauffälligen Strophen und ausufernden Refrains, zum Beispiel wenn sie in einem melancholischen Moment der Selbstreflexion hinaus schmettert, „Let's raise a glass or two / To all the things I've lost on you". Die Medien geraten bei LP ins Schwärmen: Das Wall Street Journal versicherte, sie würde „an die Tür zum Ruhm klopfen“Elle taufte sie „das nächste große Ding des Rock“ und USA Today lobte sie als „richtige Röhre“. Währenddessen wurde sie von der Vogue als „durchdringende Stimme mit einem Hauch Elektro-Dylan“ gefeiert und BuzzFeed gab schlicht die Anweisung: „Verbieg sie und drücke Play!“ LP drehte ihre Runden im Late Night TV bei Letterman, Kimme, Craig Verguson und beeindruckte bei Festivals wie Hard Rocking Calling und Lollapalooza. Mit ihrer kraftvollen Stimme und ihrer Ukulele erntet LP überall Standing Ovations. Sie live mit Band zu erleben, ist ein absolutes mitreißendes Erlebnis. Im Frühjahr veröffentlichte Mieke Miami ihr hochgelobtes Debütalbum "In The Old Forest"

[/av_textblock] [av_textblock size='' font_color='' color=''] Im Frühjahr 2016 erschien Mieke Miamis Debütalbum "In The Old Forest". Es wurde von den Hörern und Medien hoch gelobt. "Betört vom ersten Moment ..." schrieb der STERN und ZeitOnline kürte es gleich zum Album der Woche. Nun ist sie live zu erleben, am 22.10. in Kiel. Im echten Norden wohlgemerkt. IN THE OLD FOREST verbreitet diese sanfte Gelassenheit, die sich über alle Jahrszeiten hinweg bewegt „Break Of Dawn“, ein Guten-Morgen-Ständchen, das mit Miekes zuckersüssen Stimme majestätisch schwebend den Frühling einläutet. Danach nimmt uns der Titeltrack des Albums frohen Mutes an die Hand und führt uns durch diesen wundersamen, alten Wald, der so viele, spannende Geschichte zu erzählen hat. Zum Beispiel von einen Mann ohne Schuhe („UFO“), einer Freundschaft mit einem Baum („The Owl“), einem Spaziergang am Meer voller Erinnerungen („Bantry Bay“), aber allem voran immer wieder von diesem Gefühl namens Sommer („August“ und „Summer“). Handelt es sich hier um versöhnliche, Optimismus verströmende Songs („sunny time and happy days in August...“). Vielleicht abgesehen von „All Over“ und dem gitarrentreibenden „Radioman“, zwei Songs, die thematisch etwas aus der Reihe tanzen, aber dadurch dem Ganzen die nötige Prise Abwechslung geben. Sonst würde man sich beim Anhören dieses außergewöhnlichen Albums ja nur noch in Glückseligkeit wähnen. Trotz dem Miami in ihrem Namen, ist dieses Album durch und durch Miekes Heimat verschrieben. Ganz offensichtlich hat sie begriffen, was Berlin heute ist: Ihre Musik ist von unerhörter Lebensbejahung und ansteckender Ungezwungenheit. Wenn man die Ohren spitzt, hört man das gedämpfte Treiben in den zahllosen Parks von Wedding bis Neukölln, aber wie Einschlüsse einer anderen Zeit, im fiebrigen Gewebe der Großstadt. Die zum selbst produzierten Videos nehmen dich mit auf die Reise durch "In The Old Forest" Gleichsam ein Konzerterlebnis besonderer Art. 5 ehrliche Songs über das Leben

[/av_textblock] [av_textblock size='' font_color='' color=''] Geht das, sich verlieben in unter 20 Minuten? Und das auch noch auf Deutsch? Ja, geht. Maxine Kazis ist der Beweis. Fünf Stücke, eine EP, eine andauernde „Metamorphose“. Bums, verknallt, fertig. Ihre Mischung aus Melancholie, Wut, Ehrlichkeit, hübschen Beats und der richtigen Menge Rotz. Auch egal, oder? Jedenfalls ist sie jetzt hier. Und sehr da. Und ganz sie selbst. Was das heißt: „Weiß ich nicht genau. Man wird, glaube ich, eher ständig irgendwas, als irgendwas zu sein. Macht die Sache mit dem Leben auch spannender, findest du nicht?“ Die 26-Jährige lebt nach Zwischenstationen in Basel, Hamburg, Mykonos jetzt in Berlin Kreuzberg und gehört dahin. Ist gelernte Schauspielerin und Musikerin. Aber, ihre Seele ist Tänzerin, schon immer. Maxine Kazis erzählt mit ihrer EP „Metamorphose" ihre ganz eigene Geschichte und nimmt uns mit auf eine Reise in ihre Welt. Mal melancholisch, wütend, frech, stellenweise extrem tanzbar und wahnsinnig ehrlich. Die EP räumt in ihren fünf Tracks mal fix jedes Gefühl ab, dass man als junge Frau so haben kann. „Wer wird uns sehn“, „Tanz Für Mich allein“, „Abgrund“ und der wichtigste Song auf der EP "Hinfalln Aufstehn Weitertanzen" erzählt über eigene Erfahrungen mit Essstörungen. Zum Abschluss das provokante „Ex“, nach dem man Abrocken kann. Alle Songs balancieren auf einem Drahtseil zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit über dem offenen Herzen ihrer Interpretin und müssen sich ab und zu an jemandem festhalten, um nicht abzustürzen. Beim schriftlichen festhalten ihrer Erlebnisse und dem Produzieren ihrer Songs stand ihr Peter Plate zur Seite. 5 Videos hat Maxine Kazis veröffentlicht. Sie erzählen alle ihre Storys. Der Tanz spielt in jedem eine große Rolle. Im November erscheint Ihr Debüt-Album, auf dass man sich freuen kann. Das Berliner Künstlerduo SONICONOCLASM veröffentlichen am 24. Februar ihr Album und das dazugehörige Video "Broken Motor".

SONICONOCLASM follows a path that has been laid out in the respective work of its creators as producers and video artists: spaced out loops and samples with influences from jazz and trip hop, cinematic soundscapes, lo-fi sound fragments, cut-up lyrics and hook-lines are all blended to- gether into a dark, broken, glitched, detuned version of a hit record with epic dimensions.

The 8-track album will be published digitally and will be available on all major plattforms like iTunes, Spoti- fy, Tidal and Amazon. ARTIST STATEMENT:// PURFÜRST ON PRODUCING THE ALBUM SONICONOCLASM – my first field trip into electronic music / experimental hip hop in close collaboration with my friend, the vocalist and drummer Markus Buhl.

The tracks became unexpectedly dark. But what else could they become in times like these? Songs from the transit zone between a grotesque corporate paradise and a broken world, where fragments of unborn hooks are stumbling around with hearts full of noise. But every now and then there’s some light, like from a distant, foggy sun like melancholic euphoria. A personal faint memory of a different future – beyond surveillance capitalism, mind bending propaganda, un- bearable narcissism, hysterical hypocrisy, endless greed, witch hunts and constant unwanted updates of everything, including my fridge, forced upon us frequently. A personal faint memory of a better future without really knowing how to keep dreaming it – I have to admit – but with a strong faith in all these amazing people and their beautiful minds that I can see everywhere. The known known. The unknown known. The known unknown. The unknown unknown.

LCAW veröffentlicht erstes Musikvideo "Painted Sky"

Leon Weber aka LCAW ist anders: Er verbindet neue elektronische Musik mit Elementen aus dem Indierock und klassische Musik. LCAW hat das Talent, die ganz großen Gefühle zu zaubern. Und dieser Zauber hat inzwischen sehr viele Menschen berührt: Leon's Remixe und Mixtapes wurden über 160 Millionen mal auf Soundcloud und Youtube angehört. Er hatte unzählige Hypemachine Top 5 Hits, DJ Gigs in Asien, USA und Australien und prominente Fans wie Rüfüs, Parov Stelar, ZHU, Herbert Grönemeyer und Andreas Moe, die alle einen Remix von ihm wollten. LCAW veröffentlichte im Sommer seinen ersten Song „Painted Sky“. Die melancholische Indie Hymne aus klassischen Elementen wie Piano und Cello und coolen Deep House Beats, ist mittlerweile zu Hymne geworden. Auf Spotify hörten sie bereits über 4,5 Millionen Musikbegeisterte, dass Lyricvideo überschreitet die 150.000 Grenze. LCAW ließ sich bei „Painted Sky“ von Shoegazer Sound der frühen 1990er Jahre inspirieren. Es ist ein Song, der tief berührt und der bis auf den modernen Beat, etwas absolut zeitloses hat. Man fühlt sofort Leon's Gespür für hochemotionale Melodien und tiefgründige Atmosphären. Kelly's Stimme hat einen Charakter, der diese LCAW- Stimmung wunderbar ergänzt. "Painted Sky" erzählt vom Willen zur unerfüllten Perfektion. Dem Wunsch im Leben, der Liebe, der Kunst das Absolute zu erreichen. Etwas, das leider selten gelingen kann. Wie ein gemalter Himmel, der niemals so perfekt sein kann wie das, was wir in der Realität oft sehen.
